Colidao empowering
«Things unfold in their own way.»
Laozi, Daodejing
Words, concepts, and methods are merely indications. Mistaking them for the truth itself means missing the essence. At the center is you – your concerns, your needs, and your goals – within your specific context. In my practice, it has proven most effective to approach each moment holistically, individually, and freely, exploring what is present and what wishes to emerge. Focusing on what is useful and appropriate for that moment.
A key foundation lies in creating a safe space and a trusting contact where we can meet each other genuinely, respectfully, and as equals. Here, the principle of non-judgment, applies: All thoughts and feelings are welcome and can be expressed. Because: We are not our thoughts and feelings – we have them.
«If all you have is a hammer,
every problem looks like a nail.»

Colidao empowering integrates process- and goal-oriented approaches. The term "Colidao" merges "Colibri" (hummingbird) and the Chinese word "Dao" ("the way"), meaning: "The Way of the Hummingbird".
At its core, it’s about freedom.
It’s about finding clarity understanding connections, and, when needed, identifying causes. It’s about recognising what no longer feels right for you, and what you need in this moment. It’s about letting go, of what may still limit or weigh you down: old beliefs, limiting thought patterns, doubts, or fears; old habits or impressions from painful experiences; past life phases; unhelpful behavioural or relational patterns. It's about discovering, who you truly are.
It’s about freeing yourself, so you can step into your power and strength. Perhaps you are at a point where a new life chapter begins – where it's about finding your purpose, the courage to follow your own path. Standing up for yourself and for your needs, and reclaiming your place in life: within your family, your relationship, your team, or your leadership role. To be Clear. Real. Free.
Colidao empowering integrates life & business coaching with the powerful therapeutic methods, listed below, which I continuously deepen through professional practice, personal experience, and ongoing advanced training. It also bridges contemporary Western knowledge with timeless Eastern wisdom, and, if desired, can go beyond that. "It" can be experienced – when you are open and ready for it...
Starting from the present moment, we explore together what is happening NOW and what you truely need in this moment.
Voice Dialogue – by Dr. Hal and Sidra Stone & Inner Child Work
Do you sometimes feel torn inside, as if different “voices” within you each have their own opinion? When these voices go unrecognised or unacknowledged, they can influence our thinking, feelings, and actions – often unconsciously.
This is exactly where Voice Dialogue comes in – a powerful and fascinating method that allows you to explore your inner "voices" (energetic parts) with curiosity and respect, to understand their specific roles and needs, and engage with them consciously.
Whether it’s the inner driver, critic, protector, doubter, or the most vulnerable energetic part, the inner child – in Voice Dialogue, we give these personality aspects space to step forward and speak. In a safe environment, you discover which inner part takes the lead in certain situations and learn how to work with it. At the same time, you strengthen your connection to an inner center – called the "Conscious Self" – which can freely choose which part is most helpful in a given moment and allow it to act.
- For greater clarity, deep personal growth, and self-regulation
- For integrating repressed or contradictory personality parts or tendencies
- For resolving inner conflicts, navigating relationship dynamics, and making better decisions
Voice Dialogue can help you bring clarity to your inner system – not by “eliminating” (energetic) parts, but by understanding their roles and guiding them toward a new inner balance . This is not role-play – it is a profound gateway to your inner wealth.
Focusing – by Eugene Gendlin
Do you sometimes feel that “something inside you” knows what you truly need – but it remains vague, like a knot in your stomach, a lump in your throat, or a diffuse sense of unease?
Focusing is a body-oriented method of self-awareness, that can help you gently and sustainably clarify complex inner processes. At its core is the so-called "Felt Sense" – a physical, often hard-to-describe inner sensation that carries a valuable message.
You will learn to listen attentively to this physically tangible inner experience, to explore it with care – observing without rushing to judge. In doing so, entirely new insights can emerge – not constructed in the mind, but arising from a deep, whole-body sense of “rightness”, as if they come from within. All levels – bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, and any inner images that surface – are welcomed into the process.
- For support with emotional blocks, inner conflicts, or decision-making
- As a process of deep self-clarification, in cases of psychosomatic symptoms, restlessness, or indecision
- To access intuitive knowing, emotions, and personal growth
Focusing is, above all, an attitude – open, mindful, and compassionate "being" (from a state of awareness / consciousness) – with what is present, and with what wants to be revealed.
Systemic Coaching & Constellations – by Bert Hellinger and Steve de Shazer
Sometimes, what appears to be a "problem" is more than just one isolated issue. Systemic Coaching not only helps you understand yourself better, but also your environment – family, work, friends – and the patterns you are part of. Many challenges arise from the dynamics and relationships in which we live.
Together, we explore how you can gain new perspectives, shift entrenched patterns, and make the most of your strengths. Depending on the situation, this might involve targeted, solution-focused questions, constellations using a system board (both intra- and interpersonal), or other interventions. The aim is to find solutions that are truly aligned with you and your specific context.
- When you want to better understand and consciously shape your relationships and circumstances – whether they are family-related, professional, or personal challenges
- When you are looking for new ways to approach difficulties
- When you want to bring about sustainable change and resolution, rather than just treating symptoms
Systemic Coaching fosters the recognition and transformation of underlying dynamics. It reveals new possibilities for action, and supports you in seeing the bigger picture – and in redefining your place within it.
Person-Centered Counseling (PCC) – by Carl R. Rogers
Do you have the need to be heard, seen, and accompanied – with presence and without pressure? Sometimes, we don’t need judgment or advice – we simply need someone who is truly there. The person-centered counselling approach, developed by Carl R. Rogers, offers exactly that: A safe space where you can show up exactly as you are. No pressure. No expectations.
At the heart of this approach is you – your inner experience, with all your feelings, contradictions, uncertainties, and possibilities for growth. Rogers believed that every human being has a natural tendency toward self-actualisation, and that this potential can unfold when conditions such as realness, unconditional positive attention, and empathic understanding are present.
Such a dialogue can be deeply healing – not because someone tells you what to do, but because you discover for yourself what truly feels right for you. This process can bring new clarity, self-confidence, and often surprising inner growth.
- When you feel stuck but don’t (yet) know why
- When you want to better understand your state of mind and emotions
- When you want to reconnect with yourself
A conversation that contains the questions that matter to you. A conversation in which you are truly heard and seen – that is person-centered support.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – by Marshall B. Rosenberg
Do you wonder how to express yourself clearly and respectfully so a situation doesn’t escalate? Conflicts often arise because we don’t clearly express what we feel or need – or because we don’t truly listen. Nonviolent Communication helps you do exactly that: To recognise your own feelings and needs, express them honestly and respectfully – and to truly understand those of others.
This creates conversations that connect rather than hurt. You’ll not only learn how to avoid misunderstandings and resolve conflicts peacefully, but also how to take your relationships to a completely new level.
- When you want to be better understood
- When you wish for more harmony in your relationships
- When you want to learn to communicate honestly and openly
Nonviolent Communication makes conversations simply human. Here, we train your perception and strengthen your communication and relationship skills.
Dreamwork – inspired by Carl Gustav Jung
Do you sometimes remember a dream and feel it might hold valuable insights for you? Or perhaps you even struggle with recurring nightmares? You may have wondered how to unlock the meaning and messages in your dreams – and use them to support your life…
«A dream not interpreted,
is like a letter not opened.»
Talmud
Dreams are expressions of our unconscious and often contain important clues about inner conflicts, unresolved emotions, or personal growth themes. By mindfully observing and exploring dream content (on different levels – such as individual, collective, on subject and object level), suppressed aspects and current developmental themes can be brought to light. New perspectives can be gained, and even practical solutions for real-life application be discovered.
Dreamwork is a depth-psychological process that engages with the images, symbols, and stories encountered in your dreams. The approach I use allows you to become consciously aware of your dreams and actively integrate them into your process of self-awareness, growth, and maturation. Here, nothing is imposed from the outside about what your dreams "should" mean. Instead, the principle is: Your dream, your dream symbols, your life context. I guide you through the process, offer general insights, and ask relevant questions – while the answers arise from within you.
- For more clarity and inner peace; supportive for emotional processing, self-understanding, and current developmental themes
- For uncovering and resolving relationship patterns, old wounds awaiting healing, and inner blockages
- To strengthen inner resources, find solutions, and foster self-acceptance; for integrating previously suppressed parts of the self
Dreamwork opens an impressive and direct doorway to your inner resources and hidden (energetic) parts – offering pathways toward greater balance, self-knowledge and personal growth.
